Martin Smith
Martin comes from a Quantity Surveying background in both commercial and residential areas of the building industry. As such his responsibility is to liase with all parties to the building process, carry out the pricing and contract management of the jobs and still find time to be on site as much as possible!

He lives in a 100 yr old house in Opawa which is slowly being remodeled with his wife Susan and three children. Interests include playing in a band, reading and tramping.

Brad McConchie
Brad is a qualified joiner and as such is our main man when it comes to finishing work and installing kitchens etc. He enjoys the challenge of building architecturally designed homes.

He is married to Anna and his main hobby is renovating and landscaping their house.

Nick Craven
Nick is a qualified carpenter and hails from Auckland but we try not to give him too much of a hard time about that. He has experience on many different types of residential construction including multi storey apartments.

He enjoys cooking, reading and singing his own songs.

Nathan Holder
Nathan is one of our apprentices and can always be found getting stuck in to some activity on site. He enjoys working on and driving his car and biking.

Gareth Thomson
Gareth is our youngest apprentice and is steadily working through his unit standards. He is married to Christina and enjoys surfing, snowboarding and playing guitar in his spare time.
