While we have always undertaken this type of work it is becoming a larger portion of our workload as the market for extensions and alterations grows.

Work we have undertaken includes small single room additions through to the remodeling of entire houses and upstairs additions.

This type of work is challenging but rewarding as it requires more thought marrying the old with the new.

We also find we work with the clients a lot closer as they are often still living in the house while work is underway and seeing it take shape before their eyes.

This requires us to be sensitive to the clients requirements re access, noise, dust, security and weather tightness as the project progresses.
